Full range of polyclinic services:
They can be accessed free of charge in the entire network of REGINA MARIA clinics, as well as in more than 300 partner clinics across the country, based on the Ukrainian passport, ID card or birth certificate. In addition to the services of the polyclinics, the Ukrainian refugees in Romania can access completely free of charge any imaging service, as well as over 100 laboratory tests, which can be consulted HERE.

On-duty therapist, available 24/7, for specialized psycho-emotional support
Our therapists specially trained to provide support in crisis situations are available for a free conversation at the hotline number 021 9277. The service is intended for refugees, but also for those who have relatives and friends in Ukraine and who are worried about the situation of their loved ones or whose families have been separated or forced to flee their homes as a result of the armed conflict.
The on-call therapist is available 24/7, currently in Romanian or English, but we are also looking for therapists who can provide support in Ukrainian or Russian. If you know someone who is interested or you are a Ukrainian or Russian-speaking therapist who wants to join us in this endeavor to support Ukrainian families, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The hotline will be available until March 31st, with the possibility of extension, depending on the evolution of the situation in Ukraine.

RT-PCR and antigen testing
We have included on the list of services offered free of charge PCR and rapid antigen testing, especially for Ukrainians who are in transit from Romania to another European country.
Biological samples can be collected in the network of polyclinics and in all REGINA MARIA collection points mentioned above, based on a document attesting to Ukrainian citizenship and residence.
