7 Amazing Protein Shakes for Weight Loss

1. Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Banana

Blend 2 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 1/3 cup whey protein, and 1 ½ cups chocolate milk. Blend till desired consistency, adding ice if needed.

2. The Peach and Protein

Blend 2 peaches (pitted and diced), ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, ¾ cup whole milk, ¼ cup mint, and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Blend till desired consistency, adding ice if needed.

3. Very Berry Super Shake

Blend 12 oz water, 1 cup spinach, 2 cups frozen mixed berries, ½ cup plain yogurt, 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbsp walnuts, and 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed. Blend till desired consistency, adding ice if needed.
