Aron Donald, a ten-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle, announced his retirement from the NFL today, and praises are coming in from all over, including his own home.
Donald's wife Erica recently shared a meaningful message with him on Instagram, expressing her pride. She thanked him for being such a good husband and father, as well as congratulating him on his job.
"I won't make this too long because you already know the truth. I am really proud of you. The guy you are as a spouse and parent, the profession you had, and the benefits you have bestowed.
I adore you 99%. "Cheers to the next chapter," said Erica Donald on Instagram.
Donald's retirement marked the conclusion of a Hall of Fame-worthy career that included the aforementioned Pro Bowl honors, eight All-Pro selections, three NFL Defensive Player of the Year accolades, and a Super Bowl victory two years ago.
