Amazing DC Universe Art Shows David Corenswet's Superman & Milly Alcock's Supergirl Teaming Up To Save The Day

James Gunn's Superman and Supergirl are brought to life in new DC Universe fan art by David Corenswet and Milly Alcock.

Peter Safran and Gunn's DC Universe, which will take the place of the previous DCEU brand, is bringing a new age of DC to both large and small screens.

Concurrently integrating the Kryptonian cousins into the DC Universe, Alcock will play Kara Zor-El in the film Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, while Corenswet has been cast as the new Superman.

Corenswet and Alcock are seen in DC Universe fan art wearing vintage Superman and Supergirl outfits, a la Christopher Reeve and Helen Slater in their respective roles.

Production on Alcock's Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow film is expected to begin later this year, while Gunn is presently filming his Superman movie.

Gunn claimed that he had never mentioned that Alcock would be appearing in the Superman movie when questioned about her purported appearance as Supergirl.

If all goes according to the reports and Alcock ends up filming on location, then set shots could feature her debut as Supergirl while primary photography for Superman proceeds.

Until then, it remains to be seen if Supergirl will make an appearance in Gunn's Superman film alongside the Man of Tomorrow.
