Oats are inherently gluten-free, however they are frequently cross-contaminated, so be sure to buy certified gluten-free, old-fashioned oats! My favorite brand is Bob's Red Mill gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats.  

Non-dairy milk - I prefer unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but any milk (dairy or dairy-free) would suffice.
