Cottage Cheese Overnight Oat

These cottage cheese overnight oats taste like dessert but include more than 20 grams of protein. They're simple to create, ideal for meal prep, and completely customized.  

Given my love of overnight oats and the current cottage cheese fad, it was only fitting that I create a recipe for cottage cheese overnight oats!  

And let me tell you, this might be my new favorite overnight oats dish on EBF! It's rich, creamy, and tastes like dessert,   

but it's loaded with nutritious ingredients and more than 20 grams of protein. In my opinion, it's the ideal way to begin the day!  

Full fat cottage cheese is the star of the show! Cottage cheese provides a lot of nutrition and gives the oats a rich, creamy texture.  

I prefer using whole milk Good Culture cottage cheese. I prefer 4% milkfat cottage cheese for the greatest results.   

Because cottage cheese has a higher sodium concentration, there is no need for additional salt in this recipe.  

Old-fashioned rolled oats are ideal for overnight oats. Instant and steel cut oats do not absorb liquid as well as rolled oats do.
