Dak Prescott's new deal with the Dallas Cowboys will reset the market.

Jerry Jones is ready to make a significant choice that will reset the quarterback market in the NFL.

Dak Prescott will earn a lot of money from the Dallas Cowboys.

The Dallas Cowboys have not won the Super Bowl in nearly three decades.

Jerry Jones assured that the 2023 season would be the best version of the team in years, with Dak Prescott leading the way.

However, it all came to an end with a 48-32 home loss to the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card game.

Mike McCarthy has struggled in the postseason, but Jones will give him one more opportunity in 2024.

The owner's main concern is that Prescott, Micah Parsons, and CeeDee Lamb are patiently waiting for large contract extensions, which might derail a championship roster.

So the Dallas Cowboys' initial move could be startling in the NFL.

All indications point to Dak Prescott resetting the quarterback market above names like Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow.

Dak Prescott's contract with the Dallas Cowboys expires in 2024.
