Deion Sanders downplays transfer exodus from Colorado

Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders shrugged down the idea that the loss of fourteen players from Colorado will significantly affect the squad once they entered the transfer portal this week.

"We're OK.  I have faith in the recruiting group. Listen, I have faith in our coaches, so please, have faith in me," Sanders whispered. Everything is well with us. We are all OK. No worries at all.

Sanders stated that starters rarely use the transfer link at this point in time and that most users were backups.

said Sanders. Even if we do lose some players of that caliber, I still think we'll be fine. No worries. We are exaggerating a situation that does not exist.

Alton McCaskill, the 2021 AAC Rookie of the Year, and former five-star cornerback Cormani McClain were both formally in the portal as late Thursday afternoon. McClain had a turbulent first season at Colorado.

My heart want what's best for [McClain], dude. Sanders expressed his sincere belief in this claim.

I really hope that child flies. He needs to step up and be more courageous, in my opinion. I wish nothing less than for him to reach his full athletic and personal potential.

When you need a reset, a recharge, or some stability, sometimes it's best to disconnect from one thing and then reconnect to something else.
