fantasy home, Jeff Bezos spends $16 million on another Manhattan pad.

In the Flatiron section of Manhattan, Jeff Bezos is adding to his collection of residential properties.

He just paid $16.13 million for an additional apartment at a 24-story boutique condominium across from Madison Square Park.

He currently owns all four floors of the building.

On February 25, the chief executive officer of Amazon purchased the condominium at 212 Fifth Avenue through a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware.

The deed submitted to the city on Thursday states that the transaction closed on April 7.

Negotiations took place off the market. Property records indicate that the seller, whose identity is protected by a limited liability company, paid $11.25 million for the unit in April 2018.

With 3,078 square feet, the apartment features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a dining and living area that seems like a loft, and a lot of gallery walls.

According to a previous listing, the house includes large windows throughout, high vaulted ceilings, marble walls and counters, and radiant-heated Thassos stone floors.
