Healthy Breakfast Smoothies

Let us consume the rainbow! Enjoy these healthy breakfast smoothies with a straw or spoon. It's entirely up to you how you want to enjoy your smoothie.

Today we continue our "grab & go" series with Almond Breeze (parts 1, 2, and 3). The concept behind these breakfast smoothies is to prepare all of your fruits and

veggies ahead of time so that your morning smoothie is quick and simple to create. Chop your fruit (and vegetables if you want a green option) and

store it in freezer-safe containers or baggies - I made enough for 5 days a week because weekends are for waffles.

Add in additional superfood fun if you like; all of these are optional, but they're wonderful nutritional extras to experiment with in a breakfast smoothie.

I like to add a scoop of nut butter to my smoothie to make it more full and keep me pleased until lunch:

Pour in enough almond milk to get your blender started, and then get moving! It's time to begin the day:). Happy Monday!

Make sure to try this smoothie bowl, coffee smoothie, green smoothie, and berry banana smoothie!
