In his responses to some of these queries, Paul gave followers a glimpse into his future goals.
"I'll have a discussion with my wife, kids, and support system to see what the future holds," Paul stated in an interview with The Athletic.
Paul played 58 games this season, missing much of January and February due to wrist surgery.
He only made 18 starts, serving primarily as the second unit's floor general.
Throughout the season, Paul averaged 9.2 points and led the Warriors in assists with 6.8 per game. His numbers may have dipped from prior seasons, but that is to be expected given that he is no longer the primary point guard.
