Jason Kelce's Retirement Could Lock Him In Hall Of Fame

Following Monday's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jason Kelce allegedly informed his teammates of his desire to retire for the Philadelphia Eagles.

It looks like Kelce is going to Canton if he makes it official.

When revealing Kelce's retirement plans on Tuesday morning, ESPN's Adam Schefter referred to him as a "future Hall of Famer".

The insider clarified that Kelce is one of five centers with at least six All-Pro selections, in case anyone was questioning that designation.

Jim Otto, Bulldog Turner, Dermotti Dawson, and Jim Ringo were the other four individuals who were inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Over a 13-year career, Kelce also earned seven Pro Bowl selections. Since 2014, the Eagles have not participated in a game without him.

In addition to leading the Eagles to their lone Super Bowl victory, Kelce made a memorable speech during their celebration parade.

His Hall of Fame induction speech is already highly anticipated by many, with Rob Maaddi of the Associated Press predicting it will be "an absolute must-see event" in five years.
