Jimmy Butler calls out Kelly Oubre Jr. following his MCL injury diagnosis

Jimmy Butler, a top player for the Miami Heat, had a message for Kelly Oubre Jr.

the Philadelphia 76ers after their Eastern Conference play-in game on Wednesday.

Butler was hurt after Oubre landed on his leg on a play in Miami's 105-104 loss to the 76ers. Miami said on Thursday that despite finishing the game,

wade will miss Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls due to a right MCL strain.

In response to the Heat's Instagram post revealing the injury diagnosis, the six-time All-Star said, "Kelly Oubre we throwing hands."

After all, whomever loses Friday's game between the Heat and Bulls is done for the season. Miami is at home, but without Butler and Terry Rozier—who is also out with a neck injury—it will be hard for them to score points.

Butler is anticipated to miss several weeks of time, according to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, even in the event that the Heat win.

Without its best player, Miami might be able to defeat a weak Bulls team in a single-elimination game at home, but it would be very different to beat the top-seeded Boston Celtics without him.

Butler participated in 40 minutes of play against the 76ers despite the injury, recording 19 points, five assists, five steals, and four rebounds.

However, he had trouble shooting, going just 5-of-18 from the field, and the setback obviously hindered him.

With just 25 points, Tyler Herro could not defeat the 76ers, who had a double-double from Joel Embiid (23 points, 15 rebounds, and five assists).

In addition, Nicolas Batum, who finished with 20 points, five rebounds, and one block, was a spark off the bench.

He blocked Herro's possible game-winning three-point shot in the last thirty seconds of the game, making that one block one of the most significant plays of the contest.
