Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner divorce: Their love story

Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner are fighting over their divorce.

The "Yellowstone" actor claims in documents obtained by Fox News Digital that Baumgartner, his wife of 18 years, will not leave his Carpinteria, California, house, even though their pre-nuptial agreement required her to leave within 30 days after a divorce.

Costner says he bought the property 16 years before the couple married and lived there with their three children until Baumgartner filed for divorce on May 1.

"Instead, Christine has taken the position that she will not move out of Kevin’s separate property residence unless and until Kevin agrees to various financial demands," the document issued Friday says.

"Christine's departure is unconditional. She cannot live at Kevin's separate property home regardless of the PMA."

Costner's team's documents state that she hasn't kept her part of the pre-marital agreement, even though he gave her $1 million upon divorce and $200,000 at the start of their marriage.

He also covered some of her attorney fees, offered her $10,000 to locate a new home, and said he would let the home staff help her pack.

Kevin prioritized retaining access to his separate property homes after divorce. Kevin was previously married and couldn't reside in his own home after his divorce. He never wanted that again. Kevin often works out of town, therefore he needs a home when he gets home "documents say.
