After their incredible seven seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, they were already a match made in heaven. Now, for the people of Missouri, it's the second act as they focus on the catering industry in their home state.  

The goal of becoming a national leader coincides with the projected $1.3 million in work for the 1587 Prime Steakhouse, which is scheduled to open next year. 

Kelce and Mahomes have given Noble 33, an experienced restaurant management business in charge of some of the world's most renowned dining establishments, including popular spots in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, and London, day-to-day operations. 

Beyond its origins in Kansas City, 1587 Prime Steakhouse has a broader mission.The NFL team wants to establish their brand in the Midwest and eventually other parts of the country.  

"Noble 33 is leading the development of the design, experience, menu, and operation, but conceptually, Patrick and Travis' involvement and input has been instrumental," said Tosh Berman, Noble 33's leader.
