Outlander Season 7, Episode 4: William and Young Ian reunite

In Outlander Season 7, Episode 4, two timelines are used to tell different tales. Ian and William cross paths once more while Bree and Roger renovate Lallybroch.

Episode 3 concluded with Jamie, Claire, and Ian departing from the Ridge. Young Ian's return to Scotland is the plan, but we all know how those plans may turn out.

Bree and Roger discovered that Lallybroch was for sale when they traveled there in the 20th century.

The tale for the 20th century advances a little bit. Yes, the end is near for the cute twins portraying Jimmy; an older actor will take their place.

We continue on the same timeframe as before with the 18th-century plot, but we get to see more of the other characters, particularly William Ransom.

Since Claire and Jamie are quite minor in comparison to the other characters, let's begin with their story.

With Young Ian, they have arrived in Wilmington, and it is the furthest they will travel on their intended trip to Scotland.

When Jamie encounters a member of the Sons of Liberty, he learns that more men are needed to go to Fort Ticonderoga and fight for the American militia.
