Pre-Spring Game Announcement Changed Deion Sanders' Life.

Head coach Deion Sanders of Colorado has never shied away from making a major announcement in front of a crowd, and on Saturday before Colorado's spring game, he did just that.

In an address to the Buffs prior to his second spring game as head coach, Sanders granted a scholarship to walk-on running back Charlie Offerdahl.

This spring camp, the Littleton, Colorado native has drawn attention.

Sanders has informed his staff that Offerdahl is the No. 2 running back unless he explicitly states otherwise.
