Megan Thee Stallion denies the harsh charges in a new harassment lawsuit filed Tuesday.
“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and salacious accusations to embarrass her,” the rapper's lawyer, Alex Spiro, told Page Six exclusively Tuesday. “We'll settle this in court.”
In a Los Angeles complaint seen by Page Six, videographer Emilio Garcia accused Megan of creating a hazardous workplace.

Garcia said he was traumatized by what he saw due to being trapped in the moving truck.
“I felt uncomfortable,” the cameraman told NBC News Tuesday. “I was shocked and frozen. Being audacious enough to do this right beside me.”
The lawsuit said Garcia has been suffering from “mounting anxiety, depression and physical distress stemming” from the incident.
