S.Korean thriller 'Following' to premiere in May 15

Social networking sites (SNS) have developed into cutthroat arenas where users showcase themselves in an attempt to get attention while observing others.

One gains more fans and subscribers the more provocatively they show themselves. But sincere human connections are becoming harder to find, eclipsed by likes and worthless comments.

Under the direction of Kim Se-hwi, "Following" creates a suspenseful story about the social media ecosystem, emphasizing self-display and people-watching over real-life human connections.

Byun Yo-han portraying Jung Tae, the main character, is a prosperous real estate agent.

 however, suffer from voyeurism, which causes him to snoop about in people's lives both online and off.

He keeps track of his clients' keys and sneaks into their houses while they're not there. His act of pilfering little objects and keeping their pictures as keepsakes is illustrative of his sick mental state.

Unintentionally, Jung Tae starts spying on Shin Hae-sun's character, SNS influencer Sora. After managing to get his hands on Sora's access card, Jung Tae breaks into his house and is horrified to find Sora dead.

Caught between committing crimes by intruding into others' homes and witnessing a murder scene, Jung Tae grapples with the dilemma of reporting it to the police.
