Department earlier this month, are presently separated by 1,000 chart units.
The 24-year-old Carpenter made his Disney Channel debut in the comedic films Adventures In Babysitting and Girl Meets World, both of which had starring parts.
She had appearances in numerous feature films before launching her musical career in 2015 with the release of her debut album, Eyes Wide Open.
She has since put out four more albums, and during Swift's massive Eras Tour last year, she was one of the opening performers.
