PBR World Mourns Terrifying Death of 19-Year-Old Who Got Fatally Injured During First Nations Rodeo

 A tragic event at the Stoney Nakoda Rodeo in Alberta, Canada, on July 2, 2023, devastated the rodeo community.  

 The talented 19-year-old bull rider Seth Saulteaux died during an Indian National Finals Rodeo (INFR) qualifier event.  

 Seth's injuries were fatal despite wearing protective headgear and following safety procedures.  

 Bull riding became Seth Saulteaux' passion at 14. His grandfather, Marcel Saulteaux, a famous bull rider, inspired him.   

 Seth qualified for the Indian National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas three times, a career highlight.  

 He bravely competed against elite Indigenous bull riders from North America.
