'Stranger Things' has been officially replaced, and Netflix is heading in a new direction.

Over the previous six years, few shows have been more famous than Netflix's Stranger Things.

Stranger Things, the Duffer Brothers' extremely successful science fiction-horror franchise, has captured audiences with its nostalgic ode to 1980s pop culture, fascinating characters, and mysterious secrets.

The original TV series, which debuted on Netflix in 2016, is at the heart of the franchise.

The episode begins with the strange disappearance of a young kid called Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, during the 1980s.

As his friends and family look for him, they come across a sequence of mysterious occurrences involving a secret government laboratory,

a young girl with psychokinetic skills known as Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), and a young girl with psychokinetic abilities known as Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown).

The show's wonderful blend of horror, supernatural, and coming-of-age drama has made it a huge phenomenon.

It went on to have two more seasons, each one expanding on the secrets and personalities introduced in the first.
