The Namesake of Taylor Swift Claims to Be Going Through "Hell" explains the reasons why

Since embarking on her Eras Tour, pop phenomenon Taylor Swift has been widely publicized.

A new record, "The Tortured Poets Department," which turned out to be a double album, was also released last week, surprising fans. Nevertheless, a New York Post article claims that a 19-year-old namesake from Lanarkshire, Scotland, is struggling.

Taxi drivers and border officials, she claimed, had questioned her identification. She has had so many of these incidents that she now carries her passport as identification that she is not the "Lover" singer.

Taylor was the name Mairi Rice and Peter Swift gave their daughter before the American singer rose to fame.

"Our girl immediately struck us as being quite similar to Taylor Swift. She is gregarious and effervescent.

The 12-year-old Taylor High School student discovered she shared a name with a well-known individual for the first time.

Because she "looks so young" and has a name that is shared with a well-known person, the 19-year-old finds it difficult to prove her age and identity when she presents her ID at bars.

This young Taylor Swift, who calls herself a "Swiftie," admits that she loves to sing her namesake's songs at karaoke whenever she has the chance.
