Oscar winner to musician! According to People, Taylor Swift's BFF Emma Stone helped create The Tortured Poets Department track "Florida!!!," which features Florence + the Machine.
Swift told iHeartRadio, “‘Florida!!!’ is a song I wrote with Florence and the Machine, and I think I was coming up with this idea of like, what happens when your life doesn't fit, or your choices you've made catch up to you.
She likes Dateline and saw how "people have these crimes they commit, where do they immediately skip town and go to?" They visit Florida.”
Stone is not mentioned as a songwriter or producer on the song, so it's unclear how she helped.
The La La Land actress discussed her bond with Swift on The Graham Norton Show earlier this year.
Stone says they met “at the Young Hollywood Awards when [she] was 18 in L.A.” She said, “We just kept in touch ever since and became great friends.”
As Swifties know, Stone and Swift have been friends for years, which sparked fan suspicions about “When Emma Falls In Love,” a vault track from Speak Now.
Fans think Stone is Emma, but the Easy A actress remarked, “You have to ask [Taylor]!”
