Tom Brady allegedly offered his teammates $1,000 for particular play.

In his illustrious NFL career, Tom Brady earned over $332 million, and that figure does not include endorsement deals. The talented quarterback inspired teammates with those dollars.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers guard Ali Marpet said in a December interview with the Wam Bam podcast that Brady tried to improve the offensive line's screen game by offering money.

"Brady pulled our starting offensive line to the side and said, 'Hey, I'll give you guys $1,000 cash each if you guys can get a screen to go for more than 15 yards.'"

That is for you people, so I will be pleased to pay that each time we receive it." Marpet remembered what Brady said.

Brady was praised by Marpet for "knowing how guys are wired" and how to motivate them. They received the bonus on "multiple" screens, according to him.

Brady's giving was motivated by more than just outcomes. Brady, according to Marpets, "always took care of us" by giving us expensive watches from IWC for Christmas.

Maybe Brady recognized he would not be able to fling the ball downfield into his forties every time.

Nevertheless, in his three seasons with Tampa Bay, he attempted more passes than any other quarterback (2,062) and threw frequently at his destination.
