Skewering the G.O.A.T. On Monday, April 22, Netflix announced that Tom Brady will face a hilarious panel of critics in a first-ever live, unedited roast next month.
On May 5, Kevin Hart will host “The Greatest Roast of All Time”—The Roast of Tom Brady. A Netflix news release said the special will feature “a surprise team of roasters from the comedy, sports and entertainment world.”
Netflix will livestream the "Netflix is a Joke Fest" event from the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. Brady, 46, leaves L.A.'s Forum as it's jokingly set on fire in a trailer for the unprecedented roast.
The man. The arena. “The Tom Brady Roast,” Hart says in a voiceover. “No helmets. No mercy. NO Brady Rule.”
No f---in' problem,” Brady deadpans as the arena explodes behind him. The seven-time Super Bowl champion, who will become an NFL analyst later this year, still jokes about his history and accomplishments.
Brady joked in a February BetMGM Super Bowl commercial about being banned from the sports betting app.
“BetMGM is for everyone that loves sports betting, everyone, except Tom Brady,” Vince Vaughn joked in the ad.
"What did I do?" Brady asked incredulously, and the actor replied, “The truth is, you've won too much, Tom, you let others have their turn.”
