Tom Holland unveils Spider-Man 4

After much waiting, Tom Holland has officially revealed Spider-Man 4, saying that "everyone wants it to happen".

The Marvel star talked candidly about the project, which looks to be in the early stages of preproduction, while visiting the Sands International Film Festival in St Andrews.

While playing a round of golf on one of the well-known greens in Scotland, the Last Call actor told Deadline, "The simple answer is that I'll always want to do Spider-Man films."

I owe Spider-Man my entire life and career. Therefore, the short response is, "Yes, I will always want to do more."

The actor, who will soon be seen in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet on stage, then disclosed that the fourth movie features "the best in the business working toward whatever the story might be."

This is significant because the actor believes that creating a new movie is a "complicated" task that requires careful consideration to ensure it doesn't undermine the legacy of the previous three films featuring his character.

He clarified, "We have a legacy to protect until we've cracked it." "We have to make sure we do the right thing [with a fourth movie] since the third movie was so special in so many ways.”

"This is the first time in this process that I've been part of the creative so early," the Devil All the Time star went on.
