Travis Kelce responds to Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber's 2012 'Punk'd' episode.

Travis Kelce has lived Taylor Swift's “Punk’d” experience. The NFL player told “New Heights” podcast guest Andrew Santino Wednesday that he watched the MTV prank show and knows the comedian's epic prank on his now-girlfriend.

Anyway, Santino, 40, explained that the Grammy winner, 34, thought she accidentally set off Justin Bieber's boat-destroying fireworks in 2012.

“There was a wedding party [on board],” the actor said. I was the groom, and we dinghy-ed to shore with a burning boat, blaming her for ruining our wedding.”

Kelce, 34, laughed as Santino relived the prank and said he “got to ask Tay about that.”

The Chiefs tight end said, “I'll see if she was trying to sell it or not. I bought it after seeing it.” Santino said he “know[s] she bought it,” calling the prank “the perfect bit that worked.”

He added, “Some bits were so wild they didn’t work. But hers was great because so many pieces fit. They don't always cooperate." Swift told CMT Insider she was “absolutely traumatized and terrified” by the experience.

In response to whether she would get Bieber, 30, back for the prank, the “Fortnight” singer said she was not “really that girl.” She told the outlet, “He’s too smart. He'd never be punked. After figuring it out, he'd turn the tables on me and make Justin 2, Taylor 0.

In a September 2023 episode of his podcast, “Whiskey Ginger,” Santino said he was “proud” of the viral moment.
