Where can I get the recipe for an easy strawberry smoothie?  

Healthy Strawberry Smoothie: Sweet, creamy, and nutritious! This refreshing recipe has several customization choices, so everyone will love it.  

Milk: My smoothie uses low-fat milk, but you can use skim, whole, or non-dairy. You could even use juice.  

Greek yogurt thickens and provides protein to the smoothie.  

Banana: Smoothies with chunks of frozen banana offer sweetness and creaminess without the added sugar!  

If you don't have any frozen strawberries on hand, feel free to use fresh ones.   

(Think of this recipe as a Blueberry Smoothie with blueberries instead of strawberries, or a Watermelon Smoothie with watermelon!)  

Simply replace the milk and yogurt with almond or coconut milk and dairy-free yogurt to make this strawberry smoothie dairy-free.   

You can simply skip the yogurt or substitute another frozen banana.
