Zach LaVine allegedly wants a trade to the Lakers, but the feelings aren't reciprocated.

Fundamentally, the most recent report about the Bulls' pursuit of a trade involving Zach LaVine is consistent with earlier ones, such as the coverage by NBC Sports

The Bulls would rather deal LaVine for Alex Caruso than discuss DeMar DeRozan or anybody else at this time, and the market isn't there for a LaVine trade either.

When the majority of the players signed this summer become tradeable on December 15, the Chicago front staff is hoping for a change in the LaVine market.

The big change is expected to occur on January 15, when the remaining summer signees become available.

Among the few new details revealed by Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times, one is that LaVine aspires to join the Laker franchise.

According to various reports, LaVine and his representatives are clearly targeting Los Angeles due to the Klutch Sports connection.

Despite rumors linking the Bulls to the Lakers and Raptors, the Bulls ultimately decided to sign him.

League insiders have informed NBC Sports that the Lakers' interest is lukewarm, but the Klutch connection has kept the NBA rumor mill running with LaVine to the Lakers rumors.
