Zendaya's new film has a nearly flawless Rotten Tomatoes score.

Zendaya is one of Hollywood's most sought-after actresses on her own merit.

The former Disney Channel star leads Spider-Man and Dune franchises and continues to work on other projects.

Challengers provided her with the chance to star in solo films.

Challengers, directed by Call me by your name and Suspiria director Luca Guadagnino, is a tennis-themed romantic comedy.

The film was initially noticed for its trailers, but Rotten Tomatoes has made it more popular.

With up to 87 reviews, Challengers launched with 95%.

Challengers is described as “a well-acted drama with twists, turns, and provocations that lead to an unpredictable ending” and “the cinematic equivalent of a match point” in early reviews.

Definitely one of the year's best films. Zendaya knows what she's doing when she enters a project, and she proved it again.
